What we store when you sign in with Discord, sign up for a state event or apply for a transfer, and what we use it for.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
In short
We only keep what the state's leadership needs to build the teams for State 3232's events (SvS, Tundra Arms League, Frost Dragon Tyrant) and to handle transfer invitations. We don't sell it, we don't use it for ads, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
This site is run by the leadership of State 3232, a player community in the game Whiteout Survival. It is a fan site and is not affiliated with Century Games or Discord.
What we store
- Your Discord account: your Discord user ID, username and avatar, which Discord shares when you sign in. We ask Discord only for basic identity (the identify permission): we never see your email, password, messages or servers.
- Event sign-ups: your in-game player ID and name, alliance, Furnace and troop camp levels, Helios troop types, the hours you can play, hero stars and skill levels, optional comments and the language you used.
- Transfer applications: your in-game name and player ID, current state, preferred alliance, power, the account details asked in the form (troop levels, Helios, VIP 12, Meteor March, how often you join events; or Labyrinth, Expert power, Island Decoration power, Globe and Experts for special invitations), and your comments.
- What leaders do with your entry: verification, team assignments, decisions, which leader contacted you and when, and changes made on your behalf (for example, a corrected schedule). This keeps the process fair and traceable.
- Security data: a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse (too many attempts), and a security check from Cloudflare Turnstile on the forms.
What we use it for
- Building the rallies and teams for SvS, TAL and FDT, and publishing the official list of participants.
- Reviewing transfer applications and reserving invitations for the state's alliances.
- Sending you Discord messages from the State 3232 bot about your registration or application (for example, your rally, the reserve list or whether you were accepted).
That is all. No advertising, no profiling, no selling or sharing with other games or companies.
Who can see it
- State leadership (alliance leaders, strategists and the site owner) through a private panel. Alliance leaders only manage their own alliance's players.
- Everyone: once an event's official list is published, the names and alliances of the selected players are shown on this site and in the state's Discord.
- Leadership channels in our Discord: a summary of each transfer application is posted there for the leaders.
Services we rely on
- Discord for signing in and for the bot's messages.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and its database and runs the Turnstile security check.
- Google Translate is loaded only to translate the page into the language you pick.
Cookies
- reg_session: keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out deletes it.
- googtrans: remembers the language you chose.
- Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own cookie to tell people from bots.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Event and transfer records are kept while they help organize the state, for example to see past events and avoid repeated problems. Ask us and we'll delete your data, except for the minimum we may need to keep a record of a revoked transfer invitation.
Your choices
- You can withdraw an event sign-up or a transfer application from its page while it is still open.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or remove the app from your Discord account (Discord → User Settings → Authorized Apps).
- Contact: message the State 3232 leadership on our Discord server.
